Over-projection — not the product — is what makes lips look done. These are the three numbers that decide the plan.
The Western ideal is 1 : 1.6.
Applied to an Asian face it over-projects. Korean practice once pushed to 1 : 2 — it has settled back into this band.
Build a lip wider than the jaw it sits on and it looks borrowed. The common reason a neat treatment still photographs badly.
Push the lip past this line and the lower face turns protrusive — invisible in the mirror, obvious in a side photo. If your chin is recessive, we say so.

Anatomical studies show that lip artery depth and course can vary between individuals.
This is why every lip treatment should be guided by anatomy — not a fixed injection pattern.

Crosslinked with polyethylene glycol instead of BDDE, PEG-HA filler is selected for lips when we want controlled shape, soft structure and a lower-swelling profile.
In the lips, that can be the difference between looking overly swollen in the first few days and seeing a result that settles more predictably into your own proportions.
Healthier lips, not bigger ones —
Human acellular dermal matrix, micronised to 50μm, is used to support the lip’s own matrix rather than simply placing gel volume on top.

BTX type A, small selected dose —
In selected cases, a small dose along the upper vermilion border may help the upper lip roll gently outward, making more lip visible without adding filler volume. It is a finishing touch, not a substitute for filler when support, structure or proportion is needed. Suitability is confirmed by the doctor after assessment.
