A rolling scar is a tug-of-war:
bands of tough scar collagen tether the skin surface downward. Fill on top of it and you're plumping against a rope that's still pulling.
Chemical subcision — also called enzymatic subcision — cuts that rope without cutting the skin. Micro-injections of collagenase dissolve the fibrous band, the skin is free to lift, and the body lays down new, healthy collagen in the space that opens up.
Same release a needle achieves in physical subcision, without the pain, the bruising or the long recovery.
How Does
Celluject Scar Work?
The spreader
Loosens the ground substance between cells and improves drainage, so the enzymes disperse evenly across the whole scar rather than staying in one spot.
The fat-clearer
Gently reduces fatty tissue bound up around scars — emptying fat cells without destroying them. It isn't hormone-sensitive, so its action stays predictable.
The healing carrier
High-molecular-weight HA creates the environment the other three need to work, and laboratory data links it with a lower fibrosis response as the skin remodels.
The enzymes are produced with recombinant (genetic-engineering) technology to a medical-grade purity by Proteos Biotech — a GMP/GLP-certified maker of sterile injectable medical devices (ISO 13485, Class III).
Higher purity means fewer leftover proteins for the immune system to react to.

Where scars reach the surface, microneedling RF and laser resurfacing refine texture and even out tone — dosed carefully to protect against pigmentation.

We restore the skin's own structure with the Re20 ECM skin booster and a PDLLA skin booster to fill and firm from within.
What to Expect
From Celluject Scar Treatment?

Typically 2–4 sessions, spaced about 15 days apart, depending on how deep and widespread the scarring is.

Many people notice change roughly 15 days after each session as the release settles and new collagen forms.

Side effects are uncommon and usually mild — some redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising at injection points, easing on their own.

Ideally paired with resurfacing and rebuilding steps for a fuller result — mapped out at your assessment.

Celluject Scar
For Comprehensive Results

Rebuilds the skin's own matrix from within — the "rebuild" step, restoring structure once the scar is released.

Fills depressed scars and stimulates collagen over time — strong for softening how a scar reads.

Resurfaces surface texture and evens tone — dosed conservatively to guard against pigmentation.
