Not Suitable for Severe Sagging  or Deep Wrinkles

Supreme HIFU is most effective for mild to moderate facial and skin laxity. For deep jowl folds, prominent smile lines, or significant sagging, stronger lifting modalities such as PCL fillers, Pentagram Lift, or facial thread lifting may be recommended for more dramatic improvement. These treatments help rebuild structure, offering the support that HIFU alone may not provide.

Does Not Replace Volumising Treatments

If you have hollow cheeks, sunken temples, or volume loss, Supreme HIFU alone may not deliver a full rejuvenation. Facial volume is a key component in youthful contours, and in these cases, HA or PCL fillers should be used either before or in combination with HIFU to support the skin and improve lifting outcomes.
