Job Description

The Aesthetic Doctor performs non-invasive and minimally aesthetic procedures in a medical clinic setting. Our doctors’ reputation is one of providing excellent patient care to our clients and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent clinical results created and effective patient communication.

Responsibilities:

1. To provide professional consultation and advice on aesthetic medical services based on patient’s needs and providing an accurate diagnosis.
2. Responsible for handling patient enquires and educate patients about the course of treatments and aesthetic goals as well as post care
3. Perform medical-grade aesthetic procedures
4. Able to provide medical advice related to company skincare products and services
5. Review patient’s progress with treatment plan

Requirements:

1. Fully registered doctor with Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
2. Certificate of Competence (COC) for Lasers, Botox and Fillers

Job Description

The Clinical Therapist assists our aesthetic doctors in performing procedures and preparing patients for our procedures; this includes performing non-doctor administered face and body treatments. As a Clinical Therapist, your role is pivotal in ensuring high patient satisfaction and maintaining the Ozhean Zoey brand name.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the company’s services and products to customers in a professional manner
• Maintaining high service standards
• Can work under fast-paced and, passionate to serve customers under any conditions.
• Provide administrative support including handling registration, scheduling of appointments , maintaining accurate patient medical records and cashiering.
• Manage inventory including requisition and stock taking.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
• To perform face and body treatments to patients
• To prepare customer for procedure like cleanse face, apply numb cream, ensure signing of relevant consent form and give medications (if required)
• Provide advice on procedure down time, pre-and post care guide
• Perform specialised Facial Treatments
• Able to assist doctors during medical aesthetics procedures
• Follow-up with patients regarding their treatments and remind them of their treatments
• Assist other team members as needed and perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably having 2- 3 years sales experience in Beauty / Aesthetics Industry.
• Knowledge in Aesthetics / Beauty Industry is preferred
• Has prior minimum 2 years of hands on experience in aesthetic or beauty field
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Resourceful, sales and service oriented, and active
• Motivated and result-oriented individual
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Keen interest in the science behind products, procedures and equipment
• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Others or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent
