We are committed to providing all of our patients with the highest level of care and we want you to know that we value your time as much as you do. When a patient cancels an appointment without sufficient notice, we lose valuable time and resources that could have been used to help another patient. 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via phone call or WhatsApp, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to redirect the appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list.

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, or do not turn up at the allocated time, we may impose these measures on new and existing patients

  • $80 cancellation/no-show fee  
  • Prepayment of services before securing the next appointment
  • Utilize the scheduled treatment package

In the event that you are running late for an appointment, we will allow a grace period of 15 minutes for your arrival. However, late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.

  • A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above. 
  • Treatment will be charged in full for a shortened appointment. 

Prepayment of Packages

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take great pride in providing you with the best experience possible. Therefore, we offer a 5 day cooling-off period during which you can request a refund on any fully or partially paid packages.

Single treatment prices will be used to calculate the value of completed treatments, which will be deducted from the package price.

The Company will charge an administration fee of no less than 15% of the package price.

Prepaid treatments are non-transferable to another person.

Prepaid treatments are non-transferable to another area of the body.

General Prepayment

We offer a 5 day cooling-off period during which you can request a refund if you change your mind. A 15% administration fee will be charged on all refunds.

General Packages

Changing of treatments in packages are not allowed. 

All packages and unused portions of a purchase must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Product Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your product purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 5-day return policy for non-medical products only. Medical and sale products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or used will be rejected.
