WHAT IS AESTHEFILL?
Aesthefill is biocompatible,
biodegradable, and bio-stimulatory
AestheFill is a form of bio-stimulating dermal filler technology originating from Korea with the ability to boost collagen production. Made up of PDLLA (Poly-D-L-lactic Acid), this FDA-approved dermal filler is biocompatible, biodegradable and bio-stimulatory, and is suitable for use in all ages, specifically for those beyond the age of 20 where the gradual loss of collagen and elasticity is observed.
AestheFill utilises the skin’s natural healing ability and self regenerative mechanism, resulting in firm, plump, and taut skin. With results that last up to 24 months, AestheFill is made for patients looking to combat signs of ageing with the active participation of their own biology (versus solely depending on an external filler to sustain results).

AESTHEFILL HAS BEEN PROVEN EFFECTIVE FOR PATIENTS OVER THE AGE OF 60, WITH PHYSICAL CHANGES EVIDENT WITHIN THE FIRST TREATMENT SESSION. WITH A MORE STABLE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, AESTHEFILL FULFILS THE HIGH-QUALITY STANDARDS ESTABLISHED HERE IN OZHEAN CLINIC.
HOW DOES AESTHEFILL WORK?
Aesthefill continuously stimulates collagen formation to maintain a natural youthful appearance
AestheFill differs from typical dermal fillers by accelerating the skin’s fibrous protein regeneration. Upon administration of the injection, an inflammatory response is triggered in that specific area of the skin. Successively, a reactive response from the immune system is in process, resulting in the production of connective tissue cells known as dermal fibroblast.
This process can be likened to the process of “skin turnover,” inducing the production of firmer, thicker, and collagen-rich skin. Ultimately, one can perceive AestheFill as utilising one’s collagen production mechanism and immune system to propel a volumising effect on the skin.

2 years
To obtain optimal results, a complete treatment of 3 sessions is recommended. The time interval between each session would be 4-6 weeks.
However, this may differ depending on the specific target area, the extent of skin degeneration and the biological capability of one’s skin. Some patients may require fewer treatment sessions, while others may need shorter intervals between each treatment.
For the safest results, AestheFill must be administered by a licensed doctor or physician who is experienced in aesthetic procedures and can provide the best advice for your skin type.

FAQ
AestheFill degradation is carried out by hydrolysis in the body. The filler substances are converted into lactic acid and glycogen for natural excretion from the body. When your body metabolises the substance, the filler is broken down and discharged as water and carbon dioxide.
Aesthefill is FDA-approved. The main component in Aesthefill, PDLLA, is safe to be injected into the skin. PDLLA will be broken down naturally by your body over time.
AestheFill has virtually no downtime. One may resume their daily activities as per usual upon administration of treatment. For precautionary reasons, you will be advised to prevent extreme heat exposure and strenuous activities 24 hours after treatment. Additionally, to support your skin healing, you will be advised to avoid harsh sun exposure as UV rays tend to damage your skin and reverse the progress attained.
